Is there a limit on the number of staff I can enter?
You can enter as many staff as you need, in the event your requirements become greater than your chosen plan, simply contact us and we will arrange to upgrade your subscription.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time, simply contact us and we will upgrade or downgrade your account.

Can I customise the documents downloaded from your Document Manager?
All of our documents are created in Microsoft Word 2003 and can be easily amended.

Is there any limit to the number of documents I can download?
There are not any download limits for our Document Manager.

Which files can I upload for my company and staff?
You can upload files from the following application: Images in JPG or GIF format, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Text documents, Compressed files in zip and rar format and many others. You cannot upload executable files with the file name ending in .exe or .bat.
